We have a strict recruitment process and vow to only employ the best and most experienced security operatives. That doesn’t just mean having a background in the military or police. We test each and every recruit and have inhouse fitness and aptitude tests to ensure that our employees meet the highest of standards.

Experienced and highly trained security operatives:
All of our security operatives have at least 2 years in the security industry with many having backgrounds in the police, military or other areas of security.
Strict and selective recruitment process:
We don't just hire anyone, we hire the best of the best. No matter your experience level or background every single prospective security operative will have to undergo a selection process involving interviews, background checks, fitness tests and aptitude tests. Only then will they qualify to wear our uniform.
Regular training for existing employees:
We believe that a private security company is only as good as the staff it employs. That is why we hold in-house training including unarmed combat, self defence, strength and fitness tests and aptitude tests to keep our standards above our competitors.
Qualified to deal with any situation:
Simply having an SIA license is not enough. We make sure all of our close protection operatives have passed our fitness and aptitude tests and hold a CCTV license, at least FREC 3 first aid, including defibrillator and paediatric first aid.
